I haven't received order confirmation mail.

In case you have placed order but did not received an email, please mail us at info@urbanhawks.in with your order ID and we will look into it.
When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, our team will process your order and ship it. Shipping will take 4-6 working days as per your pin code.
How can I exchange my product?

If you product is customised, then we cannot accept any exchange request. For other products, you can raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

I have received damaged product.

If you have received a damaged product, please email us at info@urbanhawks.in within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting images and videos.
